Antiquities Planning & Consulting (APC) provides Archeological, Historical, and Cultural Resource Management (CRM) professional services. APC obtains new construction approval from State Historic Preservation Officers (SHPOs) for projects subject to regulatory requirements of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Ameican Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act), federal permitting, the Texas Antiquities Code, and/or for private project financing and closing requirements.
APC is a small, woman-owned business established in 1996.
